Return & Exchange policy
· We are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us with your Order ID before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
· If you receive incorrect size, incorrect models or defective products within 7 days from the day you received the products,in this case ,please take the photos and email to us, when we confirm that, You will be accepted exchange or refunded, and we will be responsible for the shipping cost.
· If the goods shipped out comply with your order information, but you want to exchange or refund, in this case, we accepted, but you should be responsible for the return and reshipping cost.(All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable)
· The items will be delivered back after 2 or 4 times attempted delivery. If you still need a reshippment, then please assure that you will be responesible for delivery cost.
· Before sign for the mailing, make sure that mailings are not damaged or the items in line with the actual weight, you can sign with unanimity. If you found the items are damaged after sign for, gianmarcolorenzi.org will be responsible for nothing. If the mailing is taken by others, please contact to the local post office promptly, and you can be retrospective effect to the local post office for the lost mail.
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched,which will incur cancellation fee that is 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders within 24 hours, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return & Exchange policy.
